Coaching:

Personal growth and development coaching is available.  Enhancing performance, decreasing stress, and attaining a sense of personal empowerment and personal fulfillment are emphasized.  There is specific attention given to the kinds of psychological circumstances that frequently interfere with one's sense of enhanced performance.  While I incorporate a highly structured and grounded techniques characteristic of behavioral psychology, I also integrate the best of the great wisdom traditions - psychology, spirituality, religion, and philosophy - in support of helping my clients achieve the awareness, intimacy, and self-actualization they desire.
